Design of four-year career development programming for undergraduate students. This included an online resource hub containing professional competency assessments, resume and portfolio materials, career path guidance, and community arts organization information. Collaborated with Art & Design faculty and administrators to strategically integrate programming into existing curriculum and emphasize experiential learning opportunities.
